Jimmy Houston Artwork is copyrighted and may not be reproduced. The purchase of Jimmy Houston artwork does not transfer any rights to reproduce the artwork.  Jimmy Houston retains all intellectual property, design, and moral rights to the artwork, and all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, logos and other images related to Jimmy Houston or the artwork, and any derivative of the same. Any right to commercially exploit the same shall be the exclusive property of Jimmy Houston.
