POLICIES

Please call for inquiries regarding the purchase of ORIGINAL paintings. All other purchases are handled directly through jimmyhoustonart.com.

We accept VISA | MASTERCARD | DISCOVER | AMERICAN EXPRESS | PAYPAL. Sales tax for buyers in TX (8.25%) applies.

SHIPPING

If you are located in Houston area, or within 300 miles of Houston, please contact us to discuss direct delivery/pick up options.  This may save you some cost on shipping.

We encourage buyers outside the Houston,TX area to contact us and we will provide a quote for delivery to your address.

We almost always use UPS or FedEx ground, which can take up to 5 business days for delivery, and a signature will be required. Please also provide us with your phone number (for the shipping form).

Purchased original artwork and Certificate of Authenticity will be sent separately and go out to you as quickly as possible within 7 business days of cleared payment.

You will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number.

 

REFUNDS

Refund of the purchase price (less shipping) through PAYPAL is available if you contact us within 3 days after delivery.

Please pack the artwork as received using the original packaging and ship back to us using a reliable and trackable carrier.

You are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend checking with your carrier about declared value and liability limits for artwork.

A painting must be returned in its original condition in order to receive a refund.
