Parable Project


A parable is an allegory, a simple story used to illustrate a spiritual message.  These six paintings were composed as a large installation piece and presented as a unified whole.  Each piece represents one of Christ’s parables from the Biblical book of Luke.  These powerful allegories were visually “translated” by Jimmy in his unique style.  They display the truths the parables teach in a new and engaging way.  They were commissioned by and are currently exhibited at Memorial Church of Christ in Houston, Texas.


All prints for the PARABLE PROJECT are open edition. Each piece is available in two different sizes.
